Privacy Policy

Effective date: Oct. 2/2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Vignette (“Vignette”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, join early access, or use our mockup studio (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Big Picture Creative, a sole proprietorship owned by Stephanie Bignell in Ontario, Canada. When we refer to “Vignette”, “we”, or “us” in this Policy, we mean Big Picture Creative when operating the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Email & Communications

If you join our waitlist or early access, we will use your email address to send relevant updates about Vignette, such as new features, launch news, and invitations to try the product.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and improve our design and features. We may also use basic analytics tools to gather anonymous or aggregated usage data.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly as a result.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers to help deliver the Service, such as:

These providers may process your information on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

7. How We Store & Protect Your Data

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Saved Recent Upload images are kept until you delete them or until they're automatically replaced once you reach the five-image limit described above – we don't apply any separate time-based expiration to them. We don't publish saved Recent Uploads or display them in a public gallery. Saved images are delivered through a standard web address rather than a private or sign-in-protected link, which means anyone who obtained the exact address could view the image.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Visitors

Vignette is operated from Canada. If you access the Service from outside Canada, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers are located.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
